Tim Aronson
Trailer Sales Specialist
Tim has been with Ultimate since just about the very beginning - starting in 2001. Over the years, he has built hundreds of custom trailers for customers - ranging from concessions trailers and race trailers to jobsite trailers and tailgating trailers (one of his favorites!). Being the car guy that he is, he has built very strong relationships with the classic car and racing communities in the area. As our Trailer Sales Specialist, he works with customers to find the right trailer and outfit it to exactly what they need based on their budget and timeframe. In his free time, you'll find Tim cheering on the NDSU Bison & out tailgating, often attending shows and events with his wife, or spending time with his family.
Garret Rodeberg
General Manager
Lovingly known as our Fearless Leader by the team, Garret has been with the company since 2018. He oversees all store operations, while bringing energy, excitement, positivity, and ideas to the store every single day. Outside of work, you'll find Garret in lakes country or on a golf course in the summer, spending time with his family, or watching his kids in their many different sports & activities.
Michael Haller
Parts & Service Manager
Mike has been with the company since 2020. In his time with us, he has worked in many departments including Finance, Sales, and most recently - Parts, Service & Rentals. Michael has done a great job with growing our Rental division! If you need to schedule a service appointment or book a rental, he's your guy. Outside of work you'll find him spending time with his wife & kids, and bleeding purple & gold watching his Vikings play... as much as he may not like what he sees sometimes.
Bruce McDaniel
Parts & Rentals
If you've ever called to get a bearing ordered, or stopped by to find a hitch for your vehicle - Bruce is most likely who you've worked with! Bruce has been with the Ultimate crew since 2020. In his role, he helps customers find the right parts they need, handles trailer rental check ins/check outs, keeps our parts inventory up-to-date, and brings the laughs to our crew with his witty comments and everyday mishaps.
Blake Wibe
Trailer Technician
Blake is one of our longest tenured employees at Ultimate, starting in 2009. With over 16 years of trailer repairs and service work, there's not much that can surprise him with what comes through his bay! His day-to-day can range from trailer assembly of new loads that arrive, to sheet work, to wiring jobs, bearing repacks, and more. When he's not at work, you might find him out at a golf course, or supporting his nephew in his snowmobile racing!
Caden Molina
Service Technician
Caden joined the Ultimate team in 2024, and has been a great addition to our Service team! He has done many different jobs and projects in his role, including working on campers & trailers, trailer assembly & PDI, lot organization, and more.
Emma Schultz
Director of Marketing
Emma joined the Ultimate crew in 2022 as Marketing Director. In her role, she handles all branding, advertising, apparel, promotional items, events, social media, donations, and many 'other duties as assigned'. You'll often see her out in the Fargo-Moorhead community representing Ultimate at golf events, shows, and fundraisers. Her favorite part about her job is the connections she gets to make with other companies, organizations, and events in the area.
Pam Peterson
Accounting Manager
Pam has been a great addition to the Ultimate Team since she joined in 2024! Pam wears many hats in her role, including AP/AR, titling, and payroll. In her free time, you'll find her outside enjoying the few nice summer months that North Dakota brings us, often spending time with her grandkids.
